Petition is filed seeking for relaxation of the bail condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.7346 of 2023 dated 03.04.2023.

2.This Court while granting bail to the petitioner imposed a condition that the petitioner to report before the Investigating Officer everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. The present petition has been filed seeking for relaxation of the said condition.

3.Heard both sides.

4.The condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.7346 of 2023 dated 03.04.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of four (4) weeks.
