ORDER

By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2.It is sated by the petitioner that his father Late Veeramani worked as Selection Grade Store Attendant at Naval Unit, NCC, Cuddalore and he died in harness on 23.12.2010. The petitioner, on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

account of the fact that his family is in indigent circumstances, submitted an application to the third respondent, seeking compassionate ground appointment by enclosing all necessary documents and it was rejected by the third respondent on the ground that his mother is already in Government service. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that subsequently, his mother has resigned from the job and therefore, there cannot be any impediment on the part of the third respondent to consider his claim for compassionate ground appointment and in this regard, preferred an appeal to respondents 1 and 2 on 09.07.2015 and since no orders have been passed, came forward to file this writ petition. 3.Heard the submissions of Mr.R.Subburaj, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.K.

Rajendra Prasad, learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 4.This Court, taking into consideration the limited scope of prayer sought for and without going into the merits of the same, directs the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's appeal memorandum dated 09.07.2015 on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
