This petition has been filed seeking extension of time to make a representation as per the order of this Court dated 23.01.2019 passed in W.P.No.30037 of 2011.

2. Heard the learned counsels appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. This Court, while disposing of the said Writ Petition on 23.01.2019 directed the petitioner to give a fresh representation in proper format within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is alleged by the petitioner that said direction has not been complied with since the official respondents had been engaged in Election duty.

4. The reason assigned by the petitioner for not following the direction of this Court is not acceptable. Hence, I find no merit in this petition. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
