Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the first respondent bearing No. F/F&R/760/1995 dated 30.06.2021 as well as the order of the third respondent bearing No. PO/SIGCP/F&R/Amirthalakshmi/2021 dated 01.07.2021 and quash the same with consequential direction to the respondents to provide an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner Company to act in compliance of the One Time Settlement offer dated 26.03.2021 extending the period of for compliance of the loan in OTS considering the Covid-19 Pandemic situation pervading the entire country.
