This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to consider his representation dated 20.05.2022 as the statement made by him and not to harass him other than due process of law.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that in connection with Crime No.06/2020, on the file of the second respondent Inspector of Police, Vigilance and Anti-Corruption, Mayiladuthurai, summons have been issued for recording statement as required under law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has been harassed.
