This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the third respondent to issue death certificate of the petitioner's husband who has attained civil death.

2. Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 01.06.2023, the third respondent has issued the death certificate of petitioner's husband and hence, no further order is required to be passed in this Writ Petition. The same is hereby recorded.
