(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to modify the condition ".....b) the petitioner after giving sureties before this Court, shall report before the respondent police on the 1st working day of every month at 10.00 a.m., until futher orders" imposed on the petitioner herein vide order dated 07.08.2020 in C.M.P.No.644 of 2020 in Crime No.1064 of 2020, on the file of the respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that as per the condition imposed by this Court, in C.M.P.No.644 of 2020 in Crime No.1064 of 2020 on 07.08.2020, the petitioner has been complying with the conditions and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition imposed.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in C.M.P.No.644 of 2020 in Crime No.1064 of 2020 on 07.08.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for the interrogation. 2/4

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
