ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the light of the order passed by the Commissioner of Customs (Appeals-I), dated 29.4.2016, nothing further survives for consideration in the writ petition.

2. Recording the above submission, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
