2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. On a complaint given by Nallasamy, father of this petitioner, the respondent police are conducting enquiry and they have asked the petitioner to appear.

4. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the enquiry and during the enquiry, he shall not be harassed.
