ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the 2nd respondent to measure and survey the property comprised in Survey No.149/8, Patta No.391, an extent of 1-21.5 at Mothakkal Village, Kottaimettuthery, Thandarampattu Taluk, Thiruvannamalai District and demarcate the areas owned by the petitioner by fixing boundary stones, by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 20.12.2023.

2. Since the petitioner has sought a very limited prayer to survey and lay boundary stone by considering his representation dated 20.12.2023, this court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.12.2023, on merits, after giving an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner and the interested parties,if any, and dispose of the same, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
