Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honble court in Crl.M.P.No. 828 of 2018 in Crl.Appeal No. 45 of 2018 vide order dated 25.01.2018 directing the petitioner to report before the Trial Court on the 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m and pass such further or other order or orders. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of MR.RAMAKRISHNAN Advocate M/S.WARAON AND SAI RAMS Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SRINIVASAN SPECIAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR FOR CBI CASES on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.828 of 2018 in Crl.A.No.45 of 2018 dated 25.01.2018 directing the petitioner to appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every English Calendar Month at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P.No.828 of 2018 in Crl.A.No.45 of 2018 on 25.01.2018 regularly, and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.
3. The learned Special Public Prosecutor for CBI Cases would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P.No.828 of 2018 in Crl.A.No.45 of 2018 on 25.01.2018 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial court once in three months on the first working day of the particular month at 10.30 a.m until further orders, starting from the month of November 2018.
