By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2.The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the 1st and 2nd respondents to take his representation dated 31.08.2018 on file and proceed as per Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 1998 and consequently direct 3rd and 4th respondents to place the 6th respondent under suspension for proper and fair enquiry. 3.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 31.08.2018 claiming the relief as prayed in this writ petition, but, the same is yet to be disposed of by the respondents 1 to 5. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court. 4.Mr.V.
Jayaprakash Narayanan, learned Special Government Pleader taking notice for the respondents 1 and 5, submitted that the fifth respondent be directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders in accordance with law, after conducting proper enquiry. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court directs the fifth respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 31.08.2018, after conducting proper enquiry and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, 6th respondent as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
