Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of calling for the records relating to the order of dismissal of the petitioner from service passed in No.Prl.AG (G & SSA)/ Admn.III/ Disc./ 2015-2016/126 dated 29.6.2015 on the file of the 2nd respondent, quash the same and direct the 2nd respondent to pay all terminal benefits including pension to the petitioner.
