ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by The Chief Justice) This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of mandamus directing to the first respondent to pass order in the proceedings in D.C.C.No.163 of 2024 pending before the 1st respondent within a time frame fixed by this court.
2. Learned counsel for the first respondent has pointed out that the complaint was referred for enquiry on 25.04.2025 and since one year had lapsed, the proceedings stands transferred to Bar Council of India under Section 36B of the Advocates Act, 1961 and therefore, now, they are not in a position to complete the proceedings.
