(Order of the Court was made by Dr.Anita Sumanth J.) This habeas corpus petition has been filed by mother of one Pavatharani, aged 22 years (date of birth 06.07.2003) to direct the respondents to produce the petitioner's daughter.

2.Today, the detenue is produced in Court along with one Sankar, who Mr.R.Muniyapparaj, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, says, she has married on 16.04.2026 at Thiruvarangam Temple. 3.We have ascertained from the detenue that she has married Sankar voluntarily and is not being kept under illegal detention. 4.Recording the same, this habeas corpus petition is closed.
