ORDER

The petitioner-husband has filed this Tr.C.M.P. for transferring H.M.O.P.No.64 of 2015 filed by the respondent-wife for restitution of conjugal rights, from the file of the SubCourt, Vaniyambadi, to the file of the Principal Family Court, Chennai, to be tried along with O.P.No.2884 of 2014 filed by the petitioner-husband for divorce. The learned counsel for the respondent-wife has fairly conceded that the respondent-wife has https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

no objection for the above transfer. Accordingly, this Tr.C.M.P. is ordered and H.M.O.P.No.64 of 2015 pending on the file of the Sub-Court, Vaniyambadi, shall stand withdrawn and the same shall stand transferred to the file of the Principal Family Court, Chennai, to be tried along with O.P.No.2884 of 2014. No costs. The Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
