Crl.M.P.Nos.7662, 7664, 7666 and 7667 of 2024 in Crl.A.Nos.331 and 348 of 2021 M. DHANDAPANI, J.

These Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed to suspend the conviction and sentence imposed on the petitioner in C.C.No.13 of 2013 and C.C.No.14 of 2013, dated 14.12.2020, respectively, on the file of the Special Judge, Special Court under TNPID Act, Coimbatore and enlarge the petitioner on bail pending disposal of the above appeals.

2. This Court, vide order dated 27.07.2022 in Crl.M.P.No.10285 of 2022, directed the petitioners (including the petitioner herein) to deposit a sum of Rs.32.00 lakhs. Since the conditional order passed by this Court has not been complied with by the petitioners, these Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are dismissed.
