2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the charge sheet in P.R.C.No.141 of 2019 has been assigned as S.C.No.179 of 2019 before the learned Principle Sub Court, Tindivanam and the same was ended in acquittal by an order dated 29.03.2019. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
