The Official Liquidato v. Nil

Comp.A.No.152 of 2024 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J.

This application has been filed to extend the period for disbursement of dividend for a further period of 2 months from 04.05.2024 and to permit the Official Liquidator to transfer the unpaid dividend to the Registrar of Companies and also to direct that the cost of this application to come from the funds of the Company in liquidation.

Being satisfied with the averments made in the affidavit and also considering the submission made by the learned Official Liquidator, this Court is inclined to allow this application.

3. Accordingly, this application is ordered as prayed for.
