2. Since we have elaborately considered the merit relating to III MACP Scheme in W.P.No.27496 of 2024 and allowed the writ petition filed by the Union of India, the present review petition also to be considered in favour of the Union of India.

3. In light of the discussions made in W.P No.27496 of 2024 dated 22.11.2024 the order passed in W.P.No.16143 of 2016 dated 01.09.2016 is reviewed. Consequently the writ petition W.P.No.16143 of 2016, stands dismissed. Accordingly, the Review Petition stands allowed. No costs.
