[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 704 days in filing the appeal against the judgment passed in Sessions Case No.62 of 2019 dated 23.12.2022 on the file of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Thiruvarur District.

Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner.

The Additional Public Prosecutor has no objection for condoning the delay in filing the criminal appeal.

Thus, in view of the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, delay is condoned and this miscellaneous petition stands ordered.
