(Order of the Court was made by T.RAJA,J.) These petitions are filed to condone the delay of 869 days in filing the restoration appeal in W.A. No.3721 of 2019 and to restore the above Appeal, which was dismissed for non prosecution on 19.12.2019. 2.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that since the name of the counsel for the petitioner has been wrongly shown in the cause list as 'Daniel Tyagaraj' instead of 'David Tyagaraj', neither the counsel for the petitioner nor the petitioner was able to appear before this Court. Therefore, these petitions may be allowed. 3.We could see the above mistake in the cause list as 'Daniel Tyagaraj' instead of 'David Tyagaraj' even today. Therefore, accepting the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, these petitions are allowed.
