This Contempt Petition is filed by complaining that the order dated 18.12.2017 passed by this Court in W.P.No.16781 of 2017 has not been complied with.
2. After notice, the learned Additional Government Pleader, who took notice for the respondents submitted today, that the order dated 18.12.2017 passed by this Court in W.P.No.16781 of 2017 has been complied with through proceedings dated 29.11.2019 issued by the District Collector, Chennai.
3. If the petitioner is aggrieved against the said order, it is open to them to challenge the same in the manner known to law. Granting such liberty, this Contempt Petition is closed, without expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the respective parties.
