ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to change the name of the owners in the permanent land register and to change the classification of the property from "Sarkar Poramboke" to appropriate classification in respect of the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition.
2. Mr.S.Arumugam, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
3. The petitioner has filed supporting documents along with this writ petition in respect of the prayer sought for in this writ petition. The petitioner had given representations on 05.06.2025 and 04.09.2025 to the 2nd respondent for the aforesaid relief. Since the said representations have not been considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's representations as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner and after hearing all the necessary parties, within a time frame to be Page No.2 of 4
fixed by this Court. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representations.

For the foregoing reasons, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the 1st respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representations, dated 05.06.2025 and 04.09.2025 seeking to change the name of the owners in the permanent land register as per the petitioner's representations, and to change the classification of the property from "Sarkar Poramboke" to appropriate classification in respect of the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner and after hearing all the necessary parties, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
