Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certirorarified Mandamus to quash G.O.Ms.No.4 dated 09.02.2016 of the Government of Puducherry as illegal and arbitrary insofar as it relates to the domiciliary condition of 3 years continuous service in the Union Territory of Pondicherry for government employees of public sector undertaking and the consequent incorporation of

such condition for admission for higher education in Pondicherry union Territory for wards of the government employees of public sector undertaking, including the prospectus for MBBS for JIPMER for the year 2017-2018 and consequently permit the petitioner to attend the Counseling and personal interview to be held on 30.06.2017 by the 2nd respondent as the petitioner has completed her plus 2 examination in the school at the Union Territory of Pondicherry and pursuing her further study at Pondicherry, right from 30.05.2014 till date and grant admission on this basis.
