2.The petitioner, while working as Clerk in the service of the KeelakalPoondi Primary Agricultural Co-operative Society, was visited with disciplinary proceedings and aggrieved by the same, he filed a revision under Section 153 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act to the respondent on 20.07.2015 and since no orders have been passed, came forward to file this writ petition. 3.Heard the submissions of Mr.C.Prakasam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.E.M.S.Natarajan, learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.This Court, in the light of the facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the claim projected by the petitioner either in this writ petition or in the revision petition, directs the respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's revision petition in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner.
