2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the review petitioner reports no instructions.

3. Review application can be entertained only on the ground of error apparent on the face of records or clerical error. In the case on hand, there being no error apparent on the face of records or clerical error, this Court is of the view that, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be acceded to and accordingly, this Review Application is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
