The present miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 166 days in filing the above criminal appeal against the judgment dated 28.08.2023 in Spl.S.C.No.37 of 2022 passed by the learned Special Judge for Exclusive Trial Court under POCSO Act, Cuddalore.
