This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent to register the FIR with reference to the C.S.R.No.201 of 2020, dated 21.11.2020.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 21.11.2020, initially enquiry was conducted in CSR.No.201 of 2020 and later a regular case has been registered by the respondent in Crime No.45 of 2021.
3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
