Today, when the matter was taken up hearing, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners filed a Memo dated 28.04.2023 stating that there is an typographical error in the Original Petition at page no.6, wherein the amount has been mentioned as Rs.16,50,000/- instead of Rs.19,20,000/- and requested for correcting the same in the Petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3.Considering the Memo dated 28.04.2023 filed and also the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned counsel is permitted to carryout necessary corrections at Page No.6 of the above captioned Original Petition .
