ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested on 28.06.2021 for the alleged offence under Section 366(A) of I.P.C in Cr.No.89 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the one Vijay kidnapped the minor victim girl for the purpose of marrying her. Since the where abouts of the said Vijay are not known and the petitioner being the sister of the said Vijay, she was implicated in this case and the law enforcing agency registered a case against this petitioner.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is only a sister of the Vijay and she is not in any way connected with the alleged offence and she has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays to grant bail to the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate submitted that the victim girl is not yet secured and the investigation is still pending. . Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that the victim girl is not yet secured and the investigation is still pending, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
