This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed by the petitioner/wife in a matrimonial dispute, seeking to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.64 of 2011, pending on the file of Principal Sub Court, Tindivanam filed by the respondent/husband for divorce and transfer the same to the file of Principal Sub Court, Kancheepuram.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the respondent.

3. It is stated by the learned counsel on both sides that the above H.M.O.P.No.64 of 2011 has been disposed of on 02.02.2016 itself. There is no petition pending for transfer.

4. Hence, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
