Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to cancel the Settlement Deed which is executed by the petitioner in favour of the 4th respondent vide Document No.1447 of 2003 dated 27.03.2003 and vide Document No.2621 of 2010 dated 25.03.2010 on the file of the Sub Registrar Office, Katpadi, Vellore District based on the petitioner's representation dated 05.06.2018.

When the case came up on 16.06.2021, the following order was passed by this Court.

When the case was called on 13.03.2019, it seems that there was no representation for the petitioner, therefore the learned Judge posted the matter after three weeks. Thereafter, the case was listed only on 20.04.2021 before me. Even on that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

day also, there was no representation for the petitioner, hence it was directed to be listed after two weeks and today when the case is taken up for hearing, even today, there is no representation for the petitioner. However, the learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent appeared and he wanted to make submissions. Mr.Richardson Wilson, learned counsel for Government has appeared for respondents 1 to 3.

2. Since continuously the petitioner counsel is absent, post this matter on 21.06.2021 under the caption "For Dismissal."

2. Accordingly, this case is listed today under the caption "For dismissal". Today also, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed for default. No costs.
