This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking direction to Page No.1 of 5
the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.06.2020 and disburse annual increment payable in December 2019 and also accord time bound promotion to the petitioner.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner's representation dated 09.06.2020 has been considered on merits and in accordance with law and disposed of by the respondent on 12.10.2020. Hence, he prayed this Court that this writ petition may be closed.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has acknowledged the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent.
