O R D E R
The wife, who is the respondent in H.M.O.P.No.240 of 2015, has come forward with this petition to transfer the same from the file of the Sub Court, Poonamallee, to the file of the II Additional Family Court at Chennai.
2.Today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. However, the learned counsel for the respondent submitted that she has no objection to transfer the petition as sought for by the petitioner, but she wants joint trial of H.M.O.P.No.240 of 2015 along with H.M.O.P.No.1849 of 2015 pending on the file of the II Additional Family Court at Chennai.
3.Considering the no objection given by the learned counsel for the respondent and the averment in the affidavit, the petition in H.M.O.P.No.240 of 2015 is ordered to be withdrawn from the file of the Sub Court, Poonamallee and transferred to the file of the II Additional Family Court at Chennai for joint trial along with H.M.O.P.No.1849 of 2015. Sub Court, Poonamallee is directed to transmit all the records pertaining to H.M.O.P.No.240 of 2015 to the file of II Additional Family Court at Chennai, within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous petition is ordered. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
