Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and has also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect.

2.In view of the submission and endorsement made, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner to pursue his representation before the 1st respondent/University. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also dismissed.
