A.No.3446 of 2018 in O.P.No.838 of 2015 N.SATHISH KUMAR.J This application has been filed to bring on record the applicants 2 to 5 as the legal representatives of the deceased first applicant in the above petition as petitioners 4 to 7 in the Original Petition.

2. This application has been filed only to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased first applicant. Since their presence is necessary for proper adjudication in the petition, this application is allowed.

The registry is directed to permit the applicants to carry out necessary amendment.
