This petition, to permit the petitioner to amend the prayer as Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for records from the respondents relating to the Board proceedings bearing No. (per) FB TANGEDCO Proceedings No.14 Administrative Branch dated 11.7.2018 and the order of the 3rd respondent Lr. No. CE/NCTPS-1/SECM/EA/F Land Acq. /D252/23 dated 16.6.2023 and quash the same as without jurisdiction and without authority of law and arbitrary and vindictive of Act 14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution and consequently direct the Respondents 1 to 3 to give employment to the petitioner's son U.Vignesh commensurate with his qualifications as per G.O.Ms.No.656 Labour and Employment Department Dt. 29.6.1978 in the light of the order of this Hon'ble Court made in S.A.No.1208/2003 dated 30.04.2010 and render justice, is allowed.
