Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to issue a writ of mandamus directing the fourth respondent herein to cancel the fraudulent two Settlement Deeds and remove the entry of two settlement deeds in Reg.Doc.No.1194/2003 dated 5.12.2003 and Reg.Doc.No.1195/2003 dated 5.12.2003 from their records within a time frame that may be stipulated by this court and petitioner's representation dated 2.7.2021.

ORDER
Pursuant to the representation given, the petitioner has been called for an enquiry on 18.8.2021 and the petitioner also received notice for the same. It would, therefore, not be appropriate to keep the writ petition pending any more and it would also only be appropriate that the official concerned proceeds with the enquiry in the manner known to law.
2. The writ petition is, therefore, closed giving liberty to the petitioner to approach this court if any cause arises again.
