ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.1083 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and the defacto complainant are neighbours. There was a wordy quarrel between the petitioner and the defacto complainant, as a result, the petitioner scolded the defacto complainant with filthy language, attacked him with wooden log and threatened him and caused injuries. Hence, the complaint was registered.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that there are fifteen previous cases pending against the petitioner and he is a history sheeter. However, he vehemently opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the petitioner had involved in fifteen previous case, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
