(Judgment of Court was made by The Honourable The Chief Justice) We have perused the counter affidavit. Learned Additional Advocate General, in the given facts and circumstances of the case, does not oppose a resolution to the issue whereby the petitioner is directed to appear before the Medical Board of the Rajiv Gandhi Government Hospital, Chennai, within a week from today and submit the result to the respondents for necessary action.
2. The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
3. Copy of the order be sent to the Dean, Rajiv Gandhi Government Hospital, Chennai and the learned counsel for the parties within two days.
