O R D E R

The petitioner initiated proceedings in HMOP.No.44 of 2012 under section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act before the Principal Subordinate Court at Tindivanam. The parties are now residing within the jurisdiction of the Courts at Tindivanam and Vellore. The petitioner seeks an order for transfer of the proceeding from the Subordinate Court, Tindivanam to the Family Court at Vellore.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent fairly submitted that the respondent is staying at Vellore and as such it would be in the interest of both the parties to transfer the matter to the Family Court at Vellore.

3. The proceeding in HMOP No.44 of 2012 is withdrawn from the file of Subordinate Court at Tindivanam and is transferred to the file of Family Court at Vellore for disposal on merits. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
