Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Relax the above said condition to report before the Investigation Officer, Vettavalam Police Station daily 10.30 a.m., in Crl OP No.8464 of 2022 order dated 18.04.2022 of this petitioners and pass such further order or other order whih may deem fit and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.E.BALAMURUGAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.8464 of 2022 on 18.04.2022 to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for an interrogation.
