ORDER
This writ petition has been filed challenging the orders passed in I.A.Nos.6, 7 and 8 of 2023 in I.D.No.126 of 2015 dated 31.01.2024. The I.A.Nos.6, 7 and 8 of 2023 are filed by the petitioner herein to reopen, recall and summon certain documents before the Labour court by way of impugned order dated 31.01.2024. The Labour Court has dismissed the IAs. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.
2. Learned counsel for the respondents brought to the notice of this Court that this Court had earlier dismissed the Writ Petition No.12055 of 2024 on 30.04.2024, which is also filed for the similar relief to recall, reopen and summon certain documents before the Labour court. Page No. 2 of 5
3. On an earlier occasion there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, the matter is listed today under the caption "for dismissal". Even today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
4. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the respondents that I.A.Nos.6, 7 and 8 of 2023 in I.D.No.126 of 2015 was dismissed before the I Additional Labour Court, Chennai on 31.01.2024. Once, I.A.Nos.6, 7 and 8 of 2023 in I.D.No.126 of 2015 has already been disposed of, the writ petition filed challenging the orders passed in I.A.Nos.6, 7 and 8 of 2023 in I.D.No.126 of 2015 has become infructuous. Perhaps, since I.D.No.126 of 2015 is disposed of, the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting this writ petition.
5. In view of the above, the relief sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected WMP is closed. 01.08.2024 Speaking Order/Non-Speaking Order jas Page No. 3 of 5
