O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) The grievance of the petitioner is that he filed a complaint dated 23.11.2020, before the second respondent District Registrar against the cancellation of Power of Attorney Deed dated 09.11.2020, executed by the fourth respondent in favour of the fifty respondent. Pursuant to the same, enquiry was commenced by the second respondent on 25.01.2021 and on that day the petitioner submitted all the documents but so far no order has been passed, hence he filed the present writ petition.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that enquiry has already commenced and the petitioner also appeared and submitted all the documents and the second respondent may be directed to pass orders after hearing respondents 4 and 5.

3. Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the second respondent will conclude the enquiry and will pass suitable orders on merit.

4. Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs the second respondent District Registrar to conclude the enquiry and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner, and respondents 4 and 5, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
