Mr.C.Jayaprakash Govt.Advocate For R1,R4,R5 Mr.V.Meganathan Govt.Advocate For R2 & R3 R6 & R7 -Pvt notice dispensed with Order This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to respondents 4 and 5 to survey and demarcate the property, which according to the petitioner is owned by him, based on his online application dated 05.03.2026, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2.The petitioner had submitted his online application on 05.03.2026 for the aforesaid purpose. Since the same has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3.Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of respondents 1, 4 and 5. Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) accepts notice on behalf of respondents 2 and 3. Since no adverse order is being passed against respondents 6 & 7, notice to respondents 6 & 7 is dispensed with by this Court.

4.No prejudice will be caused to respondents 4 and 5 if the said authorities are directed to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the petitioner's property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the objections if any from respondents 6 & 7 as well as any other party whom the fourth respondent deems it fit. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in the following manner:- (a) Before surveying the lands in question, the fourth respondent is directed to issue notice to respondents 6 & 7 and also to any other party, whom the fourth respondent deems it fit to put on notice.

(b) After receiving objections if any and after considering the same, the fifth respondent shall conduct survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

(c) If the need arises for police assistance and on a request made by the fourth respondent, the third respondent shall render police assistance for the effective implementation of this order.
