Today, this matter was listed under the caption "For Being Mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner, seeking change of Court for considering his bail petition to Salem instead of Villupuram.

2. This Court is of the view that such request of the petitioner cannot be acceded to and the petitioner is directed to file the necessary application to amend the petition.

3. In view of the above, this case is clarified.
