O R D E R

When the case came up for hearing on 21.06.2021, there was no representation for the petitioner and it was also submitted in the earlier occasion that, the counsel on record, according to the earlier representation made on his behalf, is no more, therefore, the Registry was directed to print the name and full address of the petitioner and post the matter on 25.06.2021.

2. Accordingly, it came up for hearing on 25.06.2021, even on that day also, there was no representation and therefore, on that day, it was further directed the Registry to list the matter under the caption "For Dismissal".

3. Today also, when the case is called, there is no representation for the petitioner, though the name and full address was shown in the cause list.

4. In view of the continuous absence on the part of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner, for non-prosecution, this petition is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
