Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first and second respondents to consider the representations submitted by the petitioner on 19.08.2020 and 27.08.2020, requesting for transfer to the post of Assistant Director (DAW) in the office of the second respondent, based on the orders already passed by the first respondent in G.O(Rt).No41, SW & NMP Department dated 13.03.2002 and pass appropriate orders within a reasonable period.
