This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first and second respondent Police not to harass the petitioner.

2. Heard Mr.C. Arun, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Leonard Arul Joseph Selvam, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondent.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the respondent Police is harassing the petitioner and calling him repeatedly to undergo the Proceedings under Section 110 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

4. In view of the above, the Police is directed to follow the procedure and issue notice for an enquiry and thereafter, take action, as per law.
